Zachery Aaron Shores-Chmielewski cc1ca5bf30 refactor(mvp-system): replace image engine with static builders ... - Drop NodeImageProvider/ImageCommandRunner and git-worktree hashing for free docker-image helpers and static structs (StaticNodeLauncher, FixedLinearPipelinePlanner, StaticPoolProvider). - Delete engine_builder runtime_stack.rs and workload.rs; collapse node-image and chat config loading.
