New diagnostics::vastai (record/sampler/shipper/logs) + vastai-synth crate for reproducible synthetic fleet telemetry. Dashboard live_collector unifies collector + fleet SSE UI; pp example adds vastai_mon, profiles, docker base image, scripts.
